Free standard shipping for all orders over $200 within Australia.

Shipping rates and time frames 
Standard shipping - $10.00
Delivery Estimate 2-8 business days 

Express shipping - $15.00
Delivery Estimate 1-4 business days 

Standard tracked shipping - $20.00
Delivery estimate 10-15 business days, please bare in mind it can be longer if there is customs delays, it must be with customs for 40 days+ before you can submit an enquiry. 

Please Note we are not responsible for your items once they have been scanned by the post office, we will not be held liable and will not issue a refund for late, or missing items once left our warehouse, it is your responsibility to track and follow up the item with the tracking number issued to you. If a parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay an additional delivery fee, refunds will not be accepted. 

Returns.

We are proud to create high quality, long wearing garments for your little ones and want nothing more than for you to love your pieces. However, if you are not happy with your item/s for whatever reason you may return within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a store credit, if the items are faulty or damaged we will issue a full refund. 

To initiate the return process, please contact us at enthelabel@outlook.com. Returns are to be posted to our Sunshine Coast HQ. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please ensure:

  • Item/s are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed with tags & liners still attached.
  • Your name and address must be supplied along with your order number to ensure timely processing.
  • Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a traceable shipping method and taking note of your tracking number.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on discounted items, unless faulty.
